इस प्रोग्राम का उद्देश्य अनुसूचित जनजाति की युवा महिलाओं को अपने समुदाय के लिए ग्राम स्तर पर डिजिटल नेतृत्व के लिए तैयार करना है। इसमें 18 से 35 साल की महिलाओं को दो तरह की गतिविधियों में हिस्सा लेने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाता है।

डिजिटल सार्थक एक राष्ट्रीय डिजिटल एंटरप्रेन्योरशिप और सशक्तीकरण प्रोग्राम है जो यूएसएआईडी और डीएआई के सहयोग से चल रहा है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य महिलाओं में डिजिटल योग्यता को बढ़ाना और समाज में हाशिये पर रहनेवाले समुदाय के लोगों को डिजिटल रूप से सक्षम बनाकर उनके विकास में सहयोग देना है।
