The refection workshop of the 2nd Cohort of the 52 Parindey Fellowship took place at Proto Village, Tekulodu, Andhra Pradesh from 27th December to 10th January.
An experience translates into learning when one reflects upon it. Through the refection workshop, we facilitated this process and provided tools and mechanisms to the fellows to reflect on and express their inner and outward learning journeys. We also created space for the fellows to articulate their vision and plans ahead.
